Cracow – it is a city where the time passes slower and every moment becomes history … In the opinion of many people – it is the most splendid European city. If you choose Cracow you will choose unlimited opportunities of organizing business and incentive meetings. DAY I:

  • Arrival to Cracow
  • Welcome at the airport
  • Transfer to the hotel, some time to refresh and relax after the trip
  • Lunch in the restaurant
  • City sightseeing: The Main Square, Wawel, Kazimierz – the Jewish borough of Cracow
  • The supper on Sukiennice terrace – the oldest merchant market in Poland and one of the most recognized monuments in the country. Sukiennice is located in the heart of Cracow, the biggest monumental market among all European cities. The place is surrounded by pearls of Rennaisance architecture.
  • Cracow – the European center of entertainment – clubbing

DAY II:

  • Early breakfast in the hotel restaurant
  • Rafting on the Dunajec River – transfer from Cracow to the mountain village, where 23 km rafting route will be started (estimated time 2h) – the route is enrolled on the UNESCO World Heritage list
  • A short transfer to Zakopane – the highest located city in Poland in the Tatra Mountains
  • A walk on Krupówki street in Zakopane – it is the central touristic point of the city
  • Lunch
  • Entering Gubałówka (1 123 m above sea level ) by funicular - one of the most beautiful sights where you can enjoy a wide and marvelous panorama of the Tatra Mountains and Zakopane just at the foot of the mountains
  • The ride to Butorowy Wierch (1 160 m above sea level) by an open carriage with a folding top
  • The chairlift down to Zakopane
  • Folk supper and a mountain show
  • Come back to Cracow or a one night stay in Zakopane

DAY III:

  • Early morning breakfast in the hotel restaurant
  • Transfer to Ogrodzieniec where the biggest and the most popular castle in the southern Poland is located. In order to visit the castle, a team must go through special obstacles hanging in the woods at the foot of the castle.
  • Castles sightseeing and lunch in one of the castle chambers
  • Field game using quads in the area of the castle
  • Come back to Cracow
  • Supper

DAY IV:

  • Breakfast
  • Short transfer to Wieliczka
  • Expedition in the Salt Mine in Wieliczka – it is the world class monument. It is enrolled on the UNESCO Cultural and Nature World Heritage list. The Salt Mine “Wieliczka” today combines centuries-old tradition, modernity, a several hundred years old history and the underground town with wee-developed infrastructure.
  • The only one program of its kind on the way of a new mine route which has not been available to the visitors so far
  • The aim of expedition is to integrate all participants who are assisted by guides and equipped with mine tools (lamps, absorbers, helmets and special uniforms) so they can explore the underground. The participants are introduced in the secrets of mining trade
  • Skills which participants learn are later used during a rescue operation and at the processing of salt which they do themselves. A simple mine dish is served on the way. A stylized team photo is taken. (Total tour lasts about 3h)
  • Cracow farewell is organized on Kopiec Kościuszki with a panorama view of the kings’ city and a glass of champagne
  • Lunch, transfer to the airport
  • The end of the program

DAY I:

  • Check in at Bania Thermal & Ski Hotel ****
  • In Białka Tatrzańska there is the biggest and the most modern ski station in the country. There are 23 ski routes and 16 ski lifts
  • Lunch
  • Ski sightseeing” of slopes
  • During recording of shared video clips participants can play their favorite singers and they can become a film star.
  • Supper and the evening Oscar gala - showing films and a celebration of Oscar awards

DAY III:

  • Breakfast
  • Mountain escapade – teams division, where every team must do their tasks and perform a rescue operation
  • Bonfire with sausages and a mug of hot wine
  • Time for skiers
  • Relaxation in the thermal waters and in SPA center
  • Supper

DAY IV:

  • Check out

Congress Center ICE Cracow:

It is a very modern world class building which fulfills all requirements of an international congress organization and the highest standards of acoustics and mechanics of the performance. There is over 36 000 m2 of conference space. ICE Cracow has got a capacity of 3 200 people. Location of the building is its huge advantage. ICE is situated in the center of Cracow just at the banks of Vistula River. A glass three floor foyer attracts guests with the best view on Wawel.

The transfer from the airport takes only 20 min and from a bus station or a railway station it is up to a quarter. There is a special communications solution which involves ground parking lots, a bus platform, two level underground parking lot and hotels nearby.

EXPO Cracow – International Exhibition-Congress Center

EXPO Cracow it is the city’s next advantage exhibition space in the south part of Poland. The Center has got 13 000m2 of floor surface. Two halls have got 9 000 m2 in total. There are air conditioned and modular conference rooms, meetings rooms, a spacious lobby, a restaurant, 700 monitored parking lots and outdoor exhibition space. There is a very good communication connection between EXPO and the city center. There is only a distance of 7 km. It is the same as with the central station. The airport is situated only 20 km away from EXPO.
